In short

With Weditra your videos, audio and photos stay on your computer; nothing is uploaded to a server.

This site asks for one thing only: your email address, if you want to hear from us.

What does this site collect?

• Waitlist: only the email address you type, the site language you chose and the time you signed up. It is used only to send one announcement when the download opens; it is never shared or sold.
• No cookies, ads, analytics or tracking tools. The site uses no external scripts, fonts or image servers.
• Your browser stores just two preferences: light/dark theme and where Wedi's island sits. They stay in your browser and are never sent to a server.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any website, the server may keep technical records such as the IP address and time of a request for a short while; we don't use them to identify you or build a profile.

The app (Windows)

Smart features such as subtitles, background removal, face and person detection and beat finding run on your computer. There is no cloud AI; your videos are not uploaded for these jobs.

• The internet is needed only for: signing in, updates and the first-use download of extra content for some features.
• Your projects and media stay on your disk.

How do you use your rights?

To have your email address deleted, or to ask what is stored, write to the address on the Contact page. We handle requests under Turkey's KVKK law the same way.
