Why your video stays on your computer
In Weditra, subtitles, background removal and auto-cut run on your computer; your video is never uploaded to a server.
Most video tools ask you to upload your video to a server first. Weditra doesn’t.
What runs on your computer?
Subtitling, background removal, auto-cut, face and person finding, beat finding and export all happen on your computer. We don’t use cloud AI.
When is the internet needed?
Only for signing in, updates and the first-use download of extra content for some features. Your projects and media stay on your disk.
